Winamax Account Verification
Winamax asks for KYC verification before it allows a player to withdraw funds or after account activity triggers a compliance check. The process confirms identity, address, and, when needed, the payment method used on the account.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Winamax requests a valid passport or national ID card. The document must be readable, show the full name, date of birth, and expiry date, and match the registration details on the account.
- Address proof: Winamax asks for a recent document that shows the playerβs residential address. Acceptable documents usually include a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Winamax may request a copy of the card used for deposits. In that case, the front side must show the cardholder name and the last 4 digits, while the middle digits and CVV must be hidden.
Document review takes up to 24 hours in straightforward cases. If the file is blurry, incomplete, or the details do not match the account, the check takes longer until Winamax receives corrected documents.
